CampNexxus is a centralized platform built to simplify school break planning for parents while helping camps boost visibility, enrollment, and operational efficiency. For camps, we offer three membership tiers designed to meet your unique marketing and registration needs. Tier 1 ($150/month or $1,500/year) gives you foundational exposure through newsletter mentions, social media spotlights, and access to our private Instagram group, putting your camp in front of highly engaged caregivers. Tier 2 ($300/month or $3,300/year) adds a searchable listing in our database, detailed program profiles, and a direct link to your website so families can browse your offerings and register through your existing system. Tier 3 (COMING SOON) (10% commission on bookings made via CampNexxus) includes everything from Tiers 1 and 2, plus powerful functionality like direct booking (if your backend has an API), real-time communication with parents, integrated forms for medical info and permission slips, and unlimited program listings. It’s perfect for camps looking to automate admin and grow registrations.

For parents, a $35 yearly subscription unlocks full access to the CampNexxus platform. With it, they can search and filter camps by category, location, and availability; create individual profiles for each child; organize their school breaks and summer using a personal calendar; upload forms once for use across multiple camps; and communicate directly with providers. When camps are enrolled in Tier 3, parents can even complete bookings and submit required forms right through CampNexxus—saving time and reducing hassle.
